Brew instructions:

Tea: Use 2 grams for 300-400 ml of water. Use a filter if you want a clear tea. You can eat the mushroom pieces after brewing the tea.

Rice: Add 1-2 spoons before cooking the rice.

Also use the mushrooms as a flavoring agent in stews and soups.

Store in the refrigerator after opening.
