Brew Guide - Aki no Kuchikiri, autumn shincha

Kuchikiri is best brewed in a small teapot. The tea should preferably be brewed with high-quality lime-free water.

Use 6-8 grams of tea for 180 - 200 ml of water.

Water temperature: 70 degrees.
