Brew Guide - Premium Gyokuro Kiwami

Gyokuro is brewed in a small preheated pot.
The water must not boil for a long time, as you boil the oxygen out of the water.< br> Use 5 grams of tea for 50 ml of water.
The leaves are poured with 50-60 degrees warm water.
Brewing time:

First brew: 2 min.

Second and third brew: 1/2 - 1 min.

The leaves can be used 3 times.
