1. Account Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to verified businesses, restaurants, stores, and other organizations that meet our criteria. All applications are subject to review, and approval is not guaranteed. Once approved, you’ll have access to wholesale pricing and exclusive offers.

 

2. Minimum Order Requirements

We do not require minimum orders but larger orders have the opportunity to receive volume discounts on certain products.

 

3. Pricing & Discounts

Wholesale pricing is set based on product category and quantity. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any substantial price increases to wholesale prices will be communicated to our partners in advance.

 

4. Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options to suit your business needs:

• Prepayment: Pay by card at checkout for immediate order processing.

• Net 30 Terms: Available upon request. Selection of Net 30 payment terms is subject to a thorough review. If Net 30 terms are requested but not approved, you may still qualify for a regular wholesale account with standard prepayment terms.

 

5. Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. We offer free shipping within Denmark on orders over 1500kr.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

We aim to ensure satisfaction with every order. If any product is damaged or defective, please notify us within [X] days of receipt for a return or exchange. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.

 

7. Confidentiality

All wholesale account holders agree to maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, special offers, and other proprietary information shared as part of our partnership.

 

8. Additional Policies

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Approved accounts are also subject to compliance with our brand guidelines and resale policies, which will be provided upon approval.
