Earl Grey is a classic combination of strong black teas from China and Sri Lanka, with added natural aroma from the bergamot fruit.
Classic characteristic tea, rich and sweet.
Earl Grey is named after Earl Charles Grey, who was Prime Minister under King William IV in the early 19th century.

Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot porcelain, stoneware or glass 
Quantity: 1 teabag for up to a litre of water
Temperature 90-100°C
Time: 3-5 mins
Brews: 1-2 (if you use a smaller tea pot e.g. Hario 450ml then you can have two flavourful brews. If you are using a larger tea pot then e.g. 1 litre then recommend that you fill up to half for the 2nd brew)
