Discover the versatile role of tea in cooking during this unique tasting event. From delicate infusions to bold, aromatic flavors, tea is an exceptional ingredient in both sweet and savory dishes. In many parts of Asia, tea has been a culinary staple for centuries, adding depth, nuance, and character to recipes.

This tasting will introduce you to high-quality teas, including a rare tea with tender leaves that can be enjoyed after brewing. We’ll also explore how to reduce waste by using leftover tea leaves creatively—not only in recipes but also as a natural plant fertilizer.

During the event, you’ll savor three thoughtfully crafted dishes that incorporate tea as a key ingredient:

Salad with Japanese Green Tea Leaves
Soba Noodles in Dashi with Roasted Tea
Matcha Ice Cream

Of course, we’ll pair each dish with complementary teas to elevate the experience further.

Events are conducted in Danish but can be held in English for English-speaking guests.

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to a friend or family member if you’re unable to attend. After booking you will receive your tickets digitally. Be sure to bring it with you to check-in at the event.
