5 Korean IDO teas are fermented herbs, developed by Mr. Chou in South Korea.
IDO tea consists of herbs, flowers and roots that have gone through a fermentation process for 35 days.
In this series there are five types that complement each other well. We recommend switching between the five types.
1 tea leaf can be used 3 times (3 cups) or used for 1 liter of tea. The tea tastes very mild and is equally good cold or hot.

Willowy tea consists of bamboo leaves, blackberry bush and mandarin peel.
Light tea consists of mandarin peel and holly lotus leaf.
Goodnight tea consists of bamboo leaves, Dan-shen root and lotus leaves.
Breathing tea consists of Purple Bellflower and Oriental Goatleaf.
Relief tea consists of Purple Bellflower, Red Sage Root, Tangerine Peel and Chinese Honeysuckle.
