Refresh availabilityFukamushi Kabusecha is best brewed in a preheated small teapot, so that you can pour water on the leaves again and make fresh extracts. Fukamushi Kabusecha is served in a small cup.
Use 1 tsp. (2-3 grams) of tea per cup and pour the water over when it has cooled slightly (75-80 degrees).
Let the tea steep for 1 minute the first time. For the second brew, the tea takes ½ min and the third brew approx. 2 minutes. When serving, pour alternately between the cups to mix the contents. The tea leaves can be reused two to three times.
