Goodnight tea is an herbal tea developed by Mr Chou in South Korea. Goodnight tea consists of herbs that have undergone a fermentation process for 35 days. There are 5 types in this series (Light, Breathing, Willowy, Relief) and they complement each other well.

1 tea bag can be used 2-3 times (3 cups) or for 1 litre of tea. The tea tastes mild but deep and is equally good cold or hot.

10 teabags in a bag. Net weight per teabag 1.2g

Ingredienser: Jeju bambusblade (30 %), Dan-shen rod (40 %), lotusblade (30 %).

 

 
Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot porcelain, stoneware or glass 
Quantity: 1 teabag for up to a litre of water
Temperature: 90°C
Time: 3-5 mins
Brews: 1-2 (if you use a smaller tea pot e.g. Hario 450ml then you can have two flavourful brews. If you are using a larger tea pot then e.g. 1 litre then recommend that you fill up to half for the 2nd brew)
