Refresh availabilityGreen tea with ginger and citrus flavor should be brewed in a pre-heated teapot where the leaves can flow freely or in a spacious tesi.
Take the kettle off the heat as soon as the water starts to boil. Use 1 tsp. per cup (20 cl), and pour the water over when it has cooled slightly (80 – 85 degrees).
Let the tea steep for 3 minutes. Serve the tea when the desired strength is achieved. The tea leaves can be reused once or twice with gradually longer steeping time.
