Hans Vangsø Gray Blue Vase No.13

Hans Vangsø was educated at the Århus Art Academy in 1976. He has had a large number of group and solo exhibitions at home and abroad in his more than 40-year career, including a few exhibitions in Japan which attracted a lot of attention.

Hans Vangsø is internationally recognized for his ceramic works and is something very special in Danish ceramics, where he always works with great richness in materiality and form. Vangsø manages to give his works an unavoidable strength, robust elegance and a personal expression.
