Glass bottle for use when cold brewing tea.
Available in several colours. Volume: 750ml
A strainer is mounted in the top of the bottle, which ensures that the tea leaves are not poured into the glass. The leaves float freely in the bottle, and you can advantageously make several extractions on the same leaves.
For tea brewed in cold water. Can be kept in the fridge for a few days.
A good refreshing alternative to a glass of wine. The tea can also be steeped in carbonated water if you want to make a sparkling tea.
We recommend e.g. our fresh Japanese green teas for cold brewing, as these teas quickly absorb the cold water.
Let the tea steep for a minimum of 30 min. It can also easily stand for a few hours or a day without becoming bitter. Use 6-7 grams so that the base is just covered.
Other teas we can recommend for cold brewing: Milky Oolong, Earl Grey, Organic Jade Oolong, Organic Golden Yunnan and Organic Dragon Muscatel.
< p>Pay attention to dosage, as you need to use less tea than you think.
