Often served cold or warm along food, Hojicha is made from roasted green tea. Well known for its nutty toasted notes. This hojicha is made from the stems and is a light roast. It is made by our producer Hoshino Seichaen located in Yame, Fukuoka, Japan. Light, clear, fresh taste.

Net weight: 12 x 2.5 grams.

Ingredienser: ristet grøn te.
Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot porcelain, stoneware or glass 
Quantity: 1 teabag for up to a litre of water
Temperature 90°C
Time: 3-5 mins
Brews: 1-2 (if you use a smaller tea pot e.g. Hario 450ml then you can have two flavourful brews. If you are using a larger tea pot then e.g. 1 litre then recommend that you fill up to half for the 2nd brew)
