Hojicha Powder

Hojicha powder is made from a roasted green tea that is pulverized according to the same method as Matcha tea.

The fine powder has aromas of aromatic wood, cocoa and coffee and is suitable for baked goods, ice cream and desserts.
At Sing Tehus we serve a Hojicha latte as we sprinkle some chocolate on top.

The tea is produced by Marukyu Koyamaen, who is one of Japan's most recognized tea producers, based in Uji, which is known for its unique tea of the highest quality.
