Hojicha Powder

Note: Our Hojicha Powder is sold at a discounted price, as our current stock has a best before date of April 2025. Please note that the tea is perfectly drinkable, both in terms of quality and food safety, for at least 12 months after this date.

Hojicha powder is made from a roasted green tea that is pulverized  to a fine powder with a consistency similar to matcha. 

The fine powder has aromas of aromatic wood, cocoa and coffee and is great for using to make baked goods and desserts, ice cream, and Hojicha latte. 

The tea is produced by Marukyu Koyamaen, who is one of Japan's most recognized tea producers, based in Uji, which is known for its unique tea of the highest quality.
