Horii Shichimeien Sencha with Matcha - 100g

The owner of the garden carefully selects stone-ground matcha using only the first-grade tea leaves from Uji matcha, and the sencha that goes with it.

We recommend using water at a temperature of about 80 degrees. The vibrant green color of the water is pleasing to the eye, and you can enjoy the fragrant matcha and the slightly bitter sencha.

Horii Shichimeien, founded in 1879, still manage the 600-year-old Okunuoyama Tea Garden in Uji, Kyoto. This garden is the only survivor of 7 historic tea gardens in Kyoto.
