Huazhuliangzi mountain is right after Nannuo; with its 2430 meters above the sea level, is the highest peak in Xishuangbanna area, like an alpine altitude in a sub-tropical latitude framed by clouds and fog all year long, and we see it every day from the balcony of our home.
This shupu reflects its character: it is soft and creamy, like an almond tart; bitterness and astringency are limited: its mouthfeel is full and friendly like a mousse, or a ripe sugar-apple, a gentle base from where hints of fresh mountain herbs arise.
