Tangerine peel is an herbal tea, developed by Mr Chou in South Korea, which has gone through a fermentation process for 35 days.

Good as evening tea. Nice orange flavour.

Brewing instructions

2g can be used 2-3 times (2-3 cups) or used for 1 liter of tea. The tea is equally good cold or hot.
Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot
Quantity: 1-2g for 1 litre
Temperature 90-100°C
Time: 2 mins

Cold brew:

Vessel: Hario cold brew bottle (750ml) or a glass jug
Quantity: 1g for every 200ml of water
Instructions: Add tea to your chosen vessel then fill up with cold water. Put it in the fridge and brew for a minimum of 4 hours. We recommend to drink the infusion within 36 hours.
