Tangerine peel is an herbal tea, developed by Mr Chou in South Korea, which has gone through a fermentation process for 35 days.

Good as evening tea. Nice orange flavour.

Ingredients: tangerine peel

2g can be used 2-3 times (2-3 cups) or used for 1 liter of tea. The tea is equally good cold or hot.

50g in a bag
Preparation

Take the kettle off the heat as soon as the water starts to boil so you don't boil the oxygen out of the water.

Let the water cool to approx. 90 degrees.

Use 2g for 1l

The tea can be drunk cold or hot, make a jug and refrigerate.
