"Japanese tea for all" are three classic and exquisite teas from our supplier for 15 years, Hoshino Seichaen. The teas are easy to make as the quality is high, which is the first and most important step in making a good cup of tea.
Sencha midori. This Sencha is grown by our tea supplier for many years, Hoshino Seichaen, located on Kyushu island in southern Japan. The leaves are steamed and dried over several stages, producing the soft and full-bodied tea, with notes of grass and seaweed. Sencha Midori is from a single cultivar called Yabukita. Light, clear, fresh taste. 100 g.
Kukicha with yuzu , or "twig tea" in English, is a mixture of stems and leaves from the tea bush Camellia Sinensis. Kukicha has a unique taste since it consists of twigs and small branches, which are rarely used in the production of other teas where only leaves are used. Kukicha is mild with a nutty flavor and slight sweetness. What characterizes this tea is a long and soft aftertaste, along with the citrussy flavour of the yuzu fruit.
Hojicha , green Japanese tea that has been given a more rustic appearance after the green tea leaves have been roasted over charcoal. Hojicha is a very popular food tea in Japan, as it is both sweet and mouth-watering. This tea is from our producer Hoshino Seichaen in Yame, Fukuoka, Japan. Hojicha is also suitable as an iced tea. Sweet, nutty flavor.
