We are very honoured to have Professor Yongjae Kim, the author of three books on East Asian tea culture and international cooperation practitioner on sustainability, to guide us through the fascinating world of Korean Tea Culture and Full moon philosophy. 

From the first millennium in 10th century, East Asian Kingdoms, namely China, Japan, and Korea developed their own distinctive tea cultures based on different philosophy and tastes. 
Together with high level of craft technologies and religious disciplines, East Asian ancestors attained peak of ceremonial heritages of tea culture.
