Lady Chamomile is an herbal tea containing chamomile, lemongrass, fennel, licorice root, rooibos, orange peel, lemon verbena, pink pepper and rose petals. An aromatic composition that adds freshness and sweetness to the mild taste of chamomile.

Lady Chamonile is an herbal tea that is good at any time of the day and can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Ingredients: chamomile flowers 32%, lemongrass 22%, sweet fennel 8%, rooibos, 7%, licorice root 7%, orange peel 7%, lemon verbena 5%, pink pepper 3%, rose petals 2%.

Preparation

Lady Chamomile is brewed in a preheated jug.

The water must not boil for a long time, as you boil the oxygen out of the water.< /p>

Use 1 tsp. tea per cup.

The herbs are poured over with 95 degree hot water.

Infusion time: 3 – 4 minutes.

Since the herbs give the best result by flowing freely, you can possibly use a spacious strainer in the preheated teapot, or pour the tea over a preheated teapot.

Tips

If you only brew a cup / glass of at a time, you can use a kopsi or "fill-yourself" teabags, where the leaves can float freely and thereby give off the fine aroma. When using copy or "fill-yourself" teabags can also be brewed on the leaves again.

Store dry and cool.
