Lemon buttermilk is a green tea, with added rose petals, lemon peel and the herb "mallow" which is also used as a flavouring agent in marsh-mallow. It can be enjoyed both hot and cold, as it has a delicious taste.

Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot porcelain, stoneware or glass 
Quantity: 1 teabag for up to a litre of water
Temperature: 80°C
Time: 3-5 mins
Brews: 1-2 (if you use a smaller tea pot e.g. Hario 450ml then you can have two flavourful brews. If you are using a larger tea pot then e.g. 1 litre then recommend that you fill up to half for the 2nd brew)
