Where: Sing Tehus, Rosenvængets Allé 6, 2100 København Ø
When: Tuesday the 27th of May, 18:30-20:00
Join founder Mette Marie Kjær in our new tea house on Østerbro for a Japanese tea ceremony that blends tradition with mindfulness.
August Ibsen will bid you welcome into a sonic valley quiet life. Your ears may detach and drift down the stream between moon flutes, windchimes and frogs barking at the stars, only to remerge on the sides of your happy head.
In this serene gathering, you’ll experience the calming rituals of Japanese tea, thoughtfully adapted to create a space for reflection and presence. The founder of Sing Tehus Mette Marie Kjær will host the tea ceremony.
Take a moment of your Sunday to pause, sip, and reconnect in this peaceful celebration of mindfulness and tea.
This event will be held in our new tea house on Rosenvængets Allé, fully designed by architect Alex H. Lee, and built by the Japanese carpenters Takahashi & Mashimoto, to bring an authetic Japanese atmosphere to Østerbro.
