Organic English Breakfast Tea

4 – 5 tsp. tea to 1 liter of boiling water.

The tea is brewed in a preheated teapot. You get the best tea if the leaves float freely, as this gives off the fine aroma.

Pour the water directly on the leaves and let it steep for 3 – 4 minutes. Remove the leaves or pour the tea over a preheated teapot.
