The teabags can be stored in a tin, where freshness is preserved and where the tea is not exposed to sunlight.

A classic morning tea consisting of a delicate blend of black tea from India, Sri Lanka and Indonesia .

The tea is also suitable with milk. A nice full-bodied tea that can be brewed into a strong tea without it becoming bitter.

Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot porcelain, stoneware or glass 
Quantity: 1 teabag for up to a litre of water
Temperature 90-100°C
Time: 3-5 mins
Brews: 1-2 (if you use a smaller tea pot e.g. Hario 450ml then you can have two flavourful brews. If you are using a larger tea pot then e.g. 1 litre then recommend that you fill up to half for the 2nd brew)
