The tea also goes by the name Dung Ti Jade Oolong. The designation Jade Oolong refers to the fact that this Oolong tea is a green Oolong. 
The tea is oxidized quite lightly, which results in a tea with a very soft taste character and floral notes such as lily and orchid.
The tea has a complex taste. The green-blue teabags are rolled into small balls which unfold beautifully during brewing.

Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot porcelain, stoneware or glass 
Quantity: 1 teabag for up to a litre of water
Temperature 90-100°C
Time: 3-5 mins
Brews: 1-2 (if you use a smaller tea pot e.g. Hario 450ml then you can have two flavourful brews. If you are using a larger tea pot then e.g. 1 litre then recommend that you fill up to half for the 2nd brew)
