The combination of lemongrass, liquorice root, mint and apple pieces creates a smooth flavour experience with many delicate nuances. Can be enjoyed at any time of day or night and also particularly good as an iced tea.

Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot from 400ml - 1500ml
Quantity: 1g for every 150ml of water
Temperature 90°C
Time: 3-5 mins

Cold brew:

Vessel: Hario cold brew bottle (750ml) or a glass jug
Quantity: 1g for every 100ml of water
Instructions: Fill bottle with hot water then cool down to achieve a full flavour. Ready when cold.
