Rooibos is grown only in a small area in the Cederberg region in the Western Cape province of South Africa. Rooibos is an herbal tea that comes from the bush Aspalathus linoaris. Rooibos is a popular herbal tea, as the fine and rich taste appeals to many.

Rooibos is a light and friendly herbal tea as it cannot become bitter . If you make a large pot and don't empty the pot, you can put the rest in the fridge and enjoy it later as a cold tea.

Nice fresh fruit taste.

Ingredienser: Rooibos (aspalathus linoaris) 95 %, tranebæraroma, hindbærstykker.

Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot from 400ml - 1500ml
Quantity: 1g for every 150ml of water
Temperature 90°C
Time: 3-5 mins

Cold brew:

Vessel: Hario cold brew bottle (750ml) or a glass jug
Quantity: 1g for every 100ml of water
Instructions: Fill bottle with hot water then cool down to achieve a full flavour. Ready when cold.
