Sencha "Tsuyuhikari" 2024 - Winter Sencha

“Tsuyuhikari” (light cloth) is a pure green tea from Yame, Kyushu, Japan.

The leaves are from a hybrid consisting of two cultivars: Asatsuyu and Shizu7132.

Asatsuyu is resistant to cold and frost, allowing winter cultivation, and Shizu7132 is known for its light cherry aroma and flavor. This hybrid cultivar produces a high-quality harvest with a light, fresh, sweet and floral flavor. It is a winter tea with an exceptionally beautiful and clear flavor.
