Sencha is the tea that is drunk the most in Japan. A good quality sencha has a nice deep green color and an almost juicy green tea taste. Japanese sencha is an everyday luxury.
Sencha with matcha is a delicate tea note, as you get the same fresh and juicy Sencha taste as when you enjoy a cup of Sencha Midori. A little matcha is added to the tea leaves, which emphasizes the green tea flavor and gives an intense, beautiful green color.
This tea is from our producer Hoshino Seichaen in Yame, Fukuoka, Japan.
Light, clear, fresh taste.

Preparation

Brewing instructions:

Vessel: A teapot porcelain, stoneware or glass 
Quantity: 1 teabag for up to a litre of water
Temperature: 80°C
Time: 3-5 mins
Brews: 1-2 (if you use a smaller tea pot e.g. Hario 450ml then you can have two flavourful brews. If you are using a larger tea pot then e.g. 1 litre then recommend that you fill up to half for the 2nd brew)
