These are just starting points and there are no right or wrong answers.In our fast-paced lives, it’s easy to skim the surface of things. That’s why we invite you to slow down, embrace your senses, and embark on a journey of discovery as we visualize our tea.
With each infusion, we’ll uncover more: the leaves unfurl in the pot, the steam rises, and the textures and aromas evolve. So come along and discover new dimensions of taste and aroma as you ground, relax, and reflect. Where will your tea journey take you?
This event will be held in our new tea house on Rosenvængets Allé, fully designed by architect Alex H. Lee, and built by the Japanese carpenters Takahashi & Mashimoto, to bring an authetic Japanese atmosphere to Østerbro.
We will be serving the following four teas:
- 2012 Aged Chinese Shou Mei White Tea
- Freshly Ice-Brewed Sencha
- Second Flush Darjeeling Black Tea
