Tea blending workshop - "make your own blend" with Yuta Hiraoka

In this workshop, you can learn about Japanese Green Tea Blending and enjoy tasting of a variety of Japanese Green Tea.

Participants will have the opportunity to taste 5 different kinds of green tea.
Participants will blend the teas by themselves.
Participants will try to brew and drink the blended tea and Tea Master will give advice to nuance flavour. At the end of the event you will bring back 100g of your own original tea blend.

Every tea is comes from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan. You can enjoy a wide variety of green tea flavours and aromas depending on the variety and production method.

In September 2023, I received the highest rank of 10th Dan Tea Judging, commonly known as "10th Dan Tea Master," one of only 23 people in the 70-year history of the National Tea Judging Competition.

Events are conducted in Danish but can be held in English for English-speaking guests.
