The Work Out Package, Functional Teas

The work out package is for you who like to be active, inside or out.
We have put together a package with 2 Japanese green teas from Hoshino and a fermented herbal tea from IDO in South Korea.
The starting point for this package is that it is functional teas of high quality, which are suitable for taking with you in the water bottle, they are mouth-watering and refreshing. We recommend the fermented Relief herbal tea IDO as the tea for relaxation and it is ideal as an evening tea.
The package consists of:

Mizudashi . A bag with 18 tea leaves with Sencha and Matcha. This tea leaf is for cold brewing, so you simply put the tea leaf in your bottle of cold water and you have a fresh and mouth-watering green tea. You can cold brew 2-3 times on the same tea leaf.

Sencha instant . A pack of 18 teabags with Sencha powder that can be dissolved in cold or hot water. Sencha instant is made from high-quality Sencha leaves that are freeze-dried and thereby turned into a powder. This type of freeze-dried Sencha is widely used in Japan. as the quality is high and so is the functionality. You pour a teabags into a cup of hot or cold water and you have a tasty cup of Sencha tea. Bring a bottle of hot water and add the tea when you are tea-thirsty. This way you get a fresh cup of tea, and not a cup of tea that has been left waiting in a thermos.

Relief, fermented herbs from IDO . This herbal tea consists of fermented herbs: Purple Bellflower (40%), Red Sage Root (30%), Mandarin Peel (20%) and Chinese Honeysuckle (10%). You can enjoy the tea cold or hot. One tea leaf is used for one litre. This herbal tea is particularly suitable for relaxation or as evening tea.
